Since all items are delivered instantly as digital downloads, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on DigiNovaNest are digital files delivered immediately after purchase.
Because digital items cannot be “returned,” refunds are limited and only approved under specific conditions.

2. When Refunds Are Approved

You are eligible for a refund if:
• You were charged twice for the same product
• You accidentally purchased the same item more than once
• The file you received is damaged, corrupted, or incomplete and we are unable to provide a working replacement

If any of the above apply, we will gladly issue a refund.

For all other scenarios, refunds cannot be provided due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads.

3. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2–3 business days.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Refunds Are Not Provided For

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to download or use the product due to device, software, or compatibility issues
• Discounted, promotional, or bundle items (unless defective)
• Issues caused by outdated software, incorrect app versions, or unsupported devices

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have compatible software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, PDF readers) before purchasing.
